experiences in life teach me great deal about myself,
about others, and above all about God himself.
was thinking about what daniel always said..
as we grow,
we love ourselves more.we cherish time alone more,
we value our enjoyment more,
we start to think..
perhaps its time to think for myself.have u ever felt that its enough,
enough of always givng
enough of always thinking about whats best for this person,
whats best for that perosn.
enough of trying to please everyone, and in the end no one's pleased.
when such thoughts come,
we're bound to be distracted by the good things in life.
we allow ourslves to stay in temptation awhile more,
so we can enjoy.
and satisfy certain desires in us that used to be of no issue to us.
was taking to zinc and we realized that girls are sensitive to the attention given to us.
many times when we like someone,
partly because of looks,
charisma,
character,
but more of it, is the attention given to us.
a mutual attraction.
but when such an attraction goes to no where,
neither a relationship nor total stranger..
thats where no one can point a finger and say
thats wrong.
it leaves us confused and lost..
so ...what?
perhaps its time to think whats more valuable.
are we sure we want to build our lives upon such feelings ,
that drives to no where?
perhaps its time to realize,
the pursuit of the one above means more to us,
and what the soul really needs,
the world cant provide.
if you get what im saying, that's good.
if not, i guess thats not an issue in your life then=)
yes, still love ourselves
love ourselves like how God loves us.
be merciful to myself,
forgive myself,
be honest with my weaknesses and sins,
adore my own strengths,
use my gifts,
lose myself in dancing and jumping in God's presence,
open my mouth and just sing like i have the nicest voice..
God would love to see me loving myself this way..
cause by doing so,
i love Him too.
used to not understand what it means to love.
what does it mean to love God?
what does it mean to love people?
love is giving time.
when i love God,
i give my time in prayer, in reading the bible..
i give my time in taking care of His flock,
i give my time in sowing seeds in people He loves.
i give my time to build His kingdom,
i give my time to fulfill my role as a student, a daughter.
i give my time in friendships.
yeah, its time to value my friends more.
its time to give more time and effort,
in building genuine friendships that last and encourage.
we have a greater cause to live for,
no longer is our lives just about ourselves.
love ourselves so we can love others like how Jesus does,
never love ourselves like how satan hate us, and taking away our souls from God's hand and hand it into satan's hand.
